1981

CHARNG HOUNG Manufactory Co.

Was established by the three brothers of Yeh family，specializing in standard bolts/screws.
1996
We started producing customized fasteners and sutomotive parts. Developed tooling department in order to control the quanlity of all tooling/moulds used in production.
1998
Obtained
QS9000certification for quality management.
2001
Obtained
ISO9001 certification for quality management.
2005
We conducted 5S program and improved the quality of working environment.
Acquired ISO/TS16949:2009 certification for quanlity management.
2006
Epoxy floor was laid throughout the factory, effectively improved our working environment.
2007
Invested many 6 die – 6 blow part formers , which expanded our capability of product size up to M30 in diameter, and length up to 300mm.
2008
We invested our capital and built a new warehouse to store raw materials/ coils, and implement material control (FIFO).
